As our products are made-to-order and perishable items we do not offer refunds or returns. We do our best to package the cookies safely so they arrive at their destination as intended.
Courier Mishandling
We can look into specific cases and contact the courier if there has been obvious mishandling by the courier. In this case, please provide us with as much information as possible on the date that your goods are received – name, address, circumstances and clear photos of the goods. We will then forward the information to the courier and request a refund on the broken items. They do not refund on the courier fee.
